C and Co Consulting is a proudly South African sole proprietorship specialising in Health and Safety consulting, primarily in the Mining Industry. Backed by over 10 years of field experience, we operate within the legal frameworks of the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).

Explosives & Blasting Compliance
With registered Responsible Persons of Explosives and certified Magazine Masters on our team, C and Co Consulting ensures full compliance with all explosives legislation and blasting protocols. We offer blasting design review, safe storage and handling assessments, explosive risk evaluations, and training for personnel working with hazardous materials. Our deep expertise supports both underground and surface operations, minimising risk while optimising blasting efficiency.
DMRE Compliance Support
C and Co Consulting provides dedicated DMRE Compliance Support to help clients navigate the regulatory requirements of the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy. Our services include assistance with applications for 500m Blasting Permission, 100m Mining Permission, Sunday Labour, and Bench Deliveries. We also manage compliance with Section 54 and 55 directives and offer support with the name change process for existing mines or companies—ensuring your operations remain fully compliant and uninterrupted.
